We are using clipboards to sign in / out of areas.
You May Only Select One Area at a Time. If you change areas, you must return to the Kiosk and sign out and sign back in. Areas have restrictions on the number of persons allowed to maintain hunt quality and safety.
NOTE - the ST-A sign in is located at the ST-A/B kiosk down the road; we cannot place a kiosk on BARC property.
North Tract Update: Each area has it's own sign in sheet to make it easier to see how many people are in a given zone. See picture below. Note: Areas U and N share a clipboard; Areas Y and Z also share a clipboard. There are individual sheets for each area - they're just small areas.
Sign in on the clipboard - Date, Permit #, time in, license plate number, etc.
Each member of a hunting party is required to sign in. If the person is an observer put “observer” in permit field.
You may only select ONE area.
When you leave - sign out time you left and any harvested game.

Sign-in - Please print LEGIBLY. Mark AM/PM. Also, please make sure the binder clip is secure. We do not want papers getting blown away in the wind.
Parking Pass. Make sure to print and place your parking pass on your dashboard.
Electronic Gate Codes. - Make sure you are using this year’s gate code and entering it correctly. Too many failed attempts may cause the gate to lock until FWS resets it. If you do not have the code that was mailed to all 2026-2027 permit holders, please send an email to info@mnha.net with your permit number and name and we will provide it to you.
